The shape of the “B” is inspired by large pitchers, which are used for hosting and serving guests. This represents our dedication to making our guests feel welcome and taken care of.
The shape of the dot on the lowercase “J” is another nod to stringed instruments with resemblance to a pick. This shape is used at different sizes in graphics for the brand.

I was approached to help evolve the XiQ logo to help scale with a new line of products. The Q needed to be the tying element throughout all of the products, and needed to help the consumer see the "key" elements and pronounce the Q phonetically as seen in the FleetQi product logo.
Secondarily the "Qi" would be following several different product names, so the inverse of the "key" was added to the lowercase "t."

The top section of the illustration was interpreted from the detailing on the main entrance of the building. The bottom of the illustration was interpreted from the window detailing along the entirety of the building.
